Proprietorship Registration
The sole proprietorship is the simplest business form under which one can operate a business. It simply refers to a person who owns the business and is personally responsible for its debts. A sole proprietorship can operate under the name of its owner or it can do business under a fictitious name. The fictitious name is simply a trade name and it does not create a legal entity. You do not have to take any formal action to form a sole proprietorship. As long as you are the only owner, this status automatically comes from your business activities. However, the bankers insist on getting the trade name certified as being "THE NAME" for the proprietorship concern and at TIA we shall be providing you the same as our services.
It is also recommended that proprietorship concern shoud go for registration of Shop & Estabishment Act.
